After a second look, Cartagena indeed is a really nice city with lots of history, specially in El Centro. We were lucky to be here doing the 2 weeks holiday break where the city was covered in beautiful lights during the night and all the Colombians were here to celebrate. So at night the city was packed and wonderful to walk through. But also during the day a lot off interesting things can be encountered, like arts work on the walls and on the streets. But beside the nice and shiny parts inside el centro there is also the dirt outside.
