Finally it is done. All preparations are finished and Mammut the Defender is ready to go South.
On 17.12.2015 he will go to Hamburg where he will leave on the 24.12 together with Thomas Defender to Cartagena.
My self will fly on 21.12 first to Miami to visit an old friend and then on 8.1.2016 I will depart to Cartagena where I will wait for Thomas, coming in on 9.1. and the cars, expected for 10.1.
After hopefully stress free customs clearance the Expedition can begin.
Finally, after only 1 year delay :-)
Now it is sitting lonely until Monday in the store in Hamburg
